  • Operational data: call recordings (when explicitly allowed), chat transcripts, and meeting notes.
  • Website analytics: high-level usage data collected via privacy-friendly analytics (no invasive tracking or third-party ad pixels).

2. How we use your data

  • Evaluating whether we are the right technical partner for your project.
  • Preparing proposals, estimates, and architectural recommendations.
  • Keeping you informed about timelines, deliverables, and next steps.
  • Improving internal processes, documentation, and service quality.
  • Meeting legal, security, and compliance obligations.

3. Data protection & retention

  • All information is stored in encrypted systems hosted in EU/US data centers with strict access controls.
  • Only senior team members assigned to your engagement can access your files.
  • We never sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.
  • Retention defaults to 24 months, unless you request earlier deletion or we sign a longer-term support agreement.

4. Your rights & choices

  • Request a copy of all information we store about you or your company.
  • Update or correct outdated details at any time.
  • Ask us to delete your records (unless legal retention requirements apply).
  • Sign additional NDAs or DPAs for regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government, etc.).

5. Subprocessors & tools

  • We rely on trusted infrastructure providers (Vercel, AWS, Google Workspace, Linear, Notion, and HubSpot).
  • Each vendor is evaluated for GDPR compliance, SOC2/ISO certifications, and data residency.
  • Custom NDAs or on-prem options are available for enterprise engagements.
